all of our prices with shipping included. Now you can purchase all
your favorite gourmet items at one LOW quoted price. Many websites
offer you seemingly lower prices and then suprise you with higher
shipping charges during checkout. We prefer to be fair, honest, and
sincere, and at the same time offer our customers a more convenient,
effective, and simple way to purchase.
The
prices quoted on the product pages which included the shipping rate,
are only for the order to be shipped via the UPS ground method. Also
that price is only valid when the order is being shipped

If you would like to have your order expedited, please
choose the UPS overnight or 2nd Day option in the shopping cart. The
shipping for your order will then be calculated in real time with the
UPS Rate servers, based on the items you have in your shopping cart.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, incur an additional
$35 shipping and handling flat fee that will be added to your
shopping cart at the time of your order. Whatever the size of your order,
you will only incur a one time additional flat fee charge for orders
to these destinations or address types. Please choose the UPS ground
method when shipping to these destinations or address types. Your order
will be shipped using the United States Postal Service.
We now also allow shipments of orders to Canada. Your
order will incur an additional $35 shipping and handling flat
fee that will be added to your shopping cart at the time of
your order. Whatever the size of your order, you will only incur a one
time additional flat fee charge for orders to these destinations or
address types. Please choose the UPS ground method when shipping to
these destinations or address types. Your order will be shipped using
the United States Postal Service or UPS.
Shipments to AP,AE,AA,FP, APO, PO Boxes Addresses incur
an additional $7.50 shipping and handling flat fee
that will be added to your shopping cart at the time of your order.
Whatever the size of your order, you will only incur a one time additional
flat fee charge for orders to these destinations or address types. Please
choose the UPS ground method when shipping to these destinations or
address types. Your order will be shipped using the United States Postal
Service.
PLEASE NOTE: For orders shipped to these destinations we are only able to provide with you a proof of shippment document for any enquiries.
We now offer international delivery to selected countries. Shipments
to
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, New Zealand,
Australia & Puerto Rico incur an
additional $110 shipping and handling flat fee that will be
added to your shopping cart at the time of your order. Whatever the
size of your order, you will only incur a one time additional flat fee
charge for orders to these destinations. Please choose the UPS World
Wide Express shipping method when shipping to these destinations or
address types. Your order will be shipped using the United States Postal
Service or UPS.
ANY APPLICABLE OR ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS BROKERAGE FEES/DUTY DUE
ON ORDERS TO ANY INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS, INCLUDING CANADA ARE PAYABLE
SOLELY BY THE CUSTOMER.
We have included a UPS Ground map above which gives you an estimated
time in transit calculation for how many working days it will take for
you to recieve your order. Please keep in mind the estimated time in
transit is valid from the day your order is shipped
(an email confirmation from us confirming your order has been shipped
), and NOT the day you place the order.
We try to get the orders processed and shipped as quickly as we can
but that process usually takes between 2-3 days from when the order
comes in.

All unopened,
non-perishable products may be returned within 30 days for a full
refund. However, please do not return any product without first obtaining
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which may be obtained

Credit for the full purchase price of any item returned will be issued
to the purchasing credit card subject to an inspection upon the return
of the shipment. Buyer must pay all applicable return shipping charges,
and refund will only be issued if merchandise is returned in original
condition, packed and sealed. Only items that were purchased from
Asianfoodcompany.com will be accepted as returned merchandise.
If an
order has been partially damaged during transit, we will issue a partial
refund equal to the value of the amout of the items that were damaged
(original shipping charges are non-refundable). If your complete order
was damaged you can choose to ask us for a complete refund or accept
a reshipment of the order. A complete refund will be issued or a new
order reshipped out to you subject to a claim investigation on the
damage merchandise by UPS. Please leave damaged merchandise in its
original packing and contact us for further instructions.
