  Organic Pu-erh Tea
Pu-erh Tea is a fully fermented tea which can only be made with a specific variety of broad-leaf tea plant. Pu-erh tea leaves are kneaded and dried in the natural sunlight. Its unique indoor pile-fermentation, and other subtle processing controls, make it a rare and treasured product. The production of pu-erh is restricted to a small area of Southwestern China.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Pu-erh tea has a warm and potent property. It is known to dispel grease and toxins from a person whose diet is rich in beef and other meats. It is helpful in reducing phlegm and improving bad breath. Pu-erh is also known to lower the alcohol level in the bloodstream. Many swear it is the best cure for a hangover. Unlike other teas, the longer Pu-erh is stored, provided it is done properly, the better the taste and quality become. Old vintages of Pu-erh are quite expensive and rare in the international tea market.
